Good Evening Gentlemen......

Went down to a Farmers Market / Flea Market to day with my SO and while she was looking for fresh fruit and veg I wandered around the Flea Market.....

I came across one stall and had to do a double take when I looked in the display cabinet.....

There was a two bar Transport Medal with a price tag of $2000.00 on it.....

I asked to see the medal and they got it out and put it in my hand and I just about cried..... The name had been ground off..... Very cruedly at that.....

I asked how he got the price he was asking and he showed me an old copy of MYB and used the exchange rate of $2.00 to the pound.....

I told him that the medal was ruined with the name being taken off but he just said that someone will buy it.....

But I am afraid it will not be me.....

I can see why that would be very disappointing to see.

Do you think he is going to have that medal for quite a while to come??

The "SO" even though I call her my Supply Officer and occasionally Sexy Officer it actually stands for Significant Other .......
