QSA (4) Cape Colony, Wepener, Transvaal, Wittebergen (416 Serjt. R. W. Manley. Driscoll’s Scouts.);
KSA (0) (Condr. R. W. Manley. A.S.C.)

Rupert William Manley served in DrSc between 19 March 1900 and 11 November 1901. Also served FMR (382) and ASC (Sub Conductor) 1 December 1901 to 31 May 1902. QSA issued December 1905. KSA (0) from the ASC roll

Noonan's say he has further entitlement to a ‘South Africa 1901’ clasp, and confirmation of the award of a no clasp King’s South Africa medal. Highly unusual.

That recipient is shown in Ryan Darby's article on the no-clasp KSA (in Medal News,1/2009) as "Sub Conductor R.W. Marley" .
One of 106 such awarded.

IL.
