This RoM has just appeared on a QSA on eBay. The seller acknowledges the recipient is not entitled to it.

From a QSA just advertised on eBay. Copy Wepener and clasps in the wrong order.



The recipient is 4326 Pte. B.J. Blain, 33rd Coy., 11th Impl.Yeo.

Entitlement: CC & SA01

At least seller states that he is not entitled to Wepener clasp......

Very interesting and perhaps an email to the seller would put him right. It would also show up at the bottom so that no one would be caught out although the moment someone says "we are not professional graders...." That would be a red flag straight away.
