I hadn't realised the scarceness of the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Long Service Medal when issued by the colony of Transvaal.

City Coins note how the CAFLS Medals "were gazetted to men of the Forces of the Transvaal Colony between
1902 and the time of the foundation of the Union of South Africa in 1910. As these were the only military medals ever issued by the Transvaal Colony, the opportunity to add one to a collection should not be missed."
