Good Afternoon Frank......

Sorry there must be something wrong with the roll then because if he was entitled to the "Transvaal" bar he could not have the "Belfast" bar as well.... The copy of the roll that is here in Library & Archives Canada looks as if he was marked to get the Belfast but it was erased or removed....

Benyon is second from bottom.....

Exactly, he was clearly entitled, but, as I said to you, WO100/287 page 50 shows that the Transvaal clasp was actually issued!
