Hello everybody,

I am the nominated navigator for a group of adventure riders, and would like to put together an interesting route which will incorporate as many of the battlefield sites and invasion/withdraw routes in the area. As we would also like to include some technical elements from a riding perspective. Could anybody make any suggestions or refer me to any sites that may be of assistance?

I can recommend Langberg Guest Farm in the Magersfontein area, though I went a few years ago.
If in the Colesberg area, two great places I've stayed recently are Kuilfontein cottages or Garingboom Guest Farm.
