Rob, I found among Belfield's papers three "Souvenir Maps"dealing with the relief of Ladysmith. They were produced in 1900 and are not in the best condition. Nonetheless they are quite large (about 75 by 55 cm) and detailed. Below two quick snapshots. Are you familiar with these maps?

EFV, these are new to me, and would bear detailed comparison with those in Maurice and Amery. It’s likely they will differ in some details and that would be interesting!
