I am a descendant of Schultz(Bernard John?), who fought in the Anglo Boer War and was a prisoner of war on St Helena Island. I am Juliet Scholtz (change subsequent to internment camp?) McWhite and would appreciate any information regarding Schultz's in Anglo Boer War. Have to thank Anglo Boer War exhibition by Bernard du Plessis at the Castle for a suggestion to this site.

Bernard Schultz,age 30, of Jeppestown, Johannesburg was taken PoW on 21 October 1899 at Elandslaagte. His PoW number was 4201
