I intend attending the memorial unveiling of the ABW memorial at Leeuwkop near Reitz on 13 March.
There is much written of the Aussies and the IY in this fight, but I'm interested to know about the involvement of Commandant Michael Prinsloo's men in the battle and what burghers were casualties in the action??
Can the Forum members cast light on these combatants please?
