Not in a collection as of now, but a nice single QSA sadly separated from the recipients entitled WWI medals.

QSA with CC, OFS and SA01 clasps named to 8932 Pte. J. Fairclouch, 32nd Co. 2 IY who was captured at the Zeekoe River on 8 April 1901. He was later released. Joshua Fairclouch of St. Helens was KIA on 20 September 1917 in France & Flanders and is commemorated on the Tyne Cot Memorial.
