ABO (Burger F.J. de Beer). City Coins September 2005.

City coins say:

The Forsyth roll lists two recipients named Burger F J de Beer. This particular medal has the WWI type naming and suspender, which proves it to be the one to Frederik Johannes de Beer (Zoutpansberg and Pretoria Commandos). The medal to the other recipient of the Kroonstad Commando was only issued in the early 1940’s and will have the WWI type naming and suspender.

Should that have said the medal to the second recipient would have has WWII type naming?
