Records of the concentration camps showing his wife - Petronella Susanna Holtshausen - and 5 of their children in the Middleburg camp with the status of her husband and 2 sons noted as "on commando" with his name Izak Cornelius - age 40 - farmer.

His Form B - served from Oct 1899 right through to May 1902. My wifes g grandfather ... and mother-in-law does not know where the medal is!
