Found the attached picture of a 90 year old Anna Lindblom wearing her Anglo-Boer war medal. She and her sister were two of the nurses in the Scandinavian Ambulance who were awarded the ABO.
In an interesting article by Henk Loots many years ago he mentioned 19  ABO's awarded to women.
