ABO (Burger J J MItchell). City Coins Dec 2004.

Jacobus Johannes Mitchell served with Komdt. P. de Beer (Tollie de Beer) from 12 October 1899 and saw action at Maarsfontein (sic), Kimberley and Paardeberg.
He was captured and spent 28 months as a POW in Bermuda. Medal issued in late 1941.

Naming with small impressed capitals.
