I believe Wilhelm Lund Raubenheimer to be my grandfather.
How can I go about getting more information with regards to his injuries, etc.

The original application forms for the medal and the wound ribbon will be probably still safely filed away in Pretoria.
Unless you have the ability to visit the archive, I can recommend Dewald Nel as a professional researcher who can obtain good quality scans of these documents at an affordable fee.
