SGT. MILLER REMEMBERED.
Mr Andrew MILLER, who is leaving today with Strathcona’s Horse, was on Saturday made the recipient of a token of esteem of his former confreres in the editorial department of the Citizen. He was presented with a gold locket, beautifully embellished and engraved, and a short address expressive of the regard in which he is held by his co-workers of the fourth estate, and wishing him success in his new field of work. The gift was acknowledged by Mr MILLER is a few appropriate remarks. The presentation was made by Messrs B.B. Keefer, F.M. Journeaux, R.M. McLeod, C.L. Bishop, H.M. Hueston, A.P. Hinds, and C.A. Hayden.

Staff Sergeant Andrew MILLER, late of the Citizen staff, who left the city today with the Strathcona Horse, wore a beautiful gold locket, the gift of his former confreres on the Citizen staff. The locket was suitably inscribed.
