At the Port Phillip Club Hotel yesterday afternoon Captain F.M.W. PARKER, of the 1st West Australian Mounted Infantry, was presented with a gold locket, suitably inscribed, from the members of the West Australian Federal Contingent, prior to his return to South Africa. The presentation was made by Sergeant-Major Coward.
