Thanks Mike, I had a look on amazon where there a are a few copies but it is an expensive book and unless I can find a cheaper copy I will have to wait.

Looked at Amazon an8 $48.00 is not bad really..... Paid over $125.00 for my first copy, true signed by author...... But I am getting to a point now in my collecting that instead of buying 10 items and one reference book, I am doing the reverse......
