I have a 7 bar QSA but on medal roll it shows 6,but he was also entitled
To the KSA which showed awarded 2 bars.
Could the 1901 from KSA have been officially put on the QSA.
And if so why.

I've got his papers also rolls.
The issue is about the clasps on the QSA as mentioned
In my original question,on the QSA roll awarded six clasps
On Ksa awarded 2 clasps. 1901 1902
But the QSA medal has seven.last one the 1901.
Why has this been done.as the Ksa 1901 has been put on QSA

Fish was certainly entitled to his KSA, which is verified in WO97 and WO100/350, he served in South Africa from the 1st of November 1899 until the 15th of September 1902.
His QSA and six clasps are verified in WO100/213, a quick glance at the final rivet should answer your question. if it were official, it would be most unusual.
