A couple of things.....

1. The medal in the photo has the bars I wonder where they went...…
2. The uniform is of Canadian Scouts as the Strathcona's did not wear feathers in their Stetson, but then again I have not seen a Scout either, only S.A.C.....
3. The pistol holster seems small for a colt.....

Could the picture be made up in a photo studio ?????
