OBE (Military) HM 1919;
IGS 1895 (1) Relief of Chitral (67355 Corpl P. Webb No 3 Mtn Bty R.G.A.,) re-named in running script;
QSA (3) Natal, OFS, Transvaal (Condr P. Webb A.O.C.) engraved;
KSA (2) (Lt P. Webb A.O.D.)

Philip Webb's OBE was announced in the London Gazette dated 3 June 1919. With 16 copied pages of service record, rolls, Army List and LGs, he was born in Honiton, attested in RGA 24/5/88, served India 1889-94. Warwick and Warwick say he was not issued the IGS.

Does not appear to have served overseas in WW1, appointed Assistant Commissary & Hon Lt 17/9/02, Deputy Commissary of Ordnance & Hon Capt 3/5/13, Temp Commissary of Ordnance & Hon Maj 1/7/17, Commissary of Ordnance & Hon Maj 14/2/18, retired 5/2/20.
