Herewith two examples of Kimberley Stars that are in Groups:
a) S. Chavasse - Kimberley Town Guard - QSA (Bar Defence of Kimberley) and Kimberley Star
b) P. Nicholson - Diamond Fields Artillery (D.F.A.) - IGS, (1854 - Bar Burman 1885-7), Cape of Good Hope Gen. Service (Bar Bechuanaland), QSA (Defence of Kimberley & Transvaal), Kimberley Star.
Note - Both Top Bars are engraved as well.

The Innes family medals must be being sold on BoB . The lot contains QSA (2) DoK OFS (316 Pte W S Innes KVR), Trio and this named Star.

Here's the reverse. It is named Enricht although the roll and QSA have Enright.

The star in this pair was once named but this has been erased, possibly because someone else's named star was added to the group?

I don't think I've ever come across that before, very annoying if a collector has done that!
