I had a check through the Kaplan roll for recipients of the "Wepener" clasp with reference to 1st and 2nd Brabant's horse - with no luck I am afraid. David, our host, has prepared a publication regarding "Wepener" including a medal roll which hopefully will be available soon - and he may be able to better answer your query. I had a quick look on medal roll WO100/285 for Styl.DMT and your man is present but with no marginal note concerning service in another unit.
Regards
IL.

Matseb,

I have not recorded this man amongst the list of verified Wepener recipients. The combination is feasible but there is nothing to suggest this man earned them. I also have a list of self-awarded Wepener clasps and he is so far not recorded there either.

Kind regards
David
