Private H. Heelis died of disease, dysentery, at Ladysmith on 29 January 1900.

Slightly off topic, I know. In the next DNW sale is the GVI MM group to Talana Herbert Edward Walters who was born on 2 December 1921 and served with the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers during the Second World War.

An unusual first name. I wonder if there is a connection?

I cannot see anyone with this surname at Talana.
