Henk - scanning this with the Union Medal roll it would seem that maybe 4 or 5 got the "trio" of DTD / DSO / Union Medal. I think;

Meyer, I J Lt Staf, Gen van Deventer Maj 12th Mtd Rfls, GSWA: I believe that refers to the later colonel Izak Johannes Meyer, whose experiences are documented in "Kommando-jare, 'n Oud-stryder se persoonlike relaas van die Tweede Vryheidsoorlog" by J. H Meyer.

Petrus Daniel Albertus Roux was my great-grandfather. I have his DSO, but the DTD went missing. He was a Lt Colonel in the Union Forces, leading the 12th Mounted Infantry (Krugersdorp Ruiters) in GSWA.
