You may already know this - but just in case: there is, in Colin Walker's "Mafeking Siege Register" quite a bit of a bio on one 410 Sgt. Sam George White of D Sqn Prot Regt. Assuming that it is the same chap, clasp entitlement is DofM/OFS/Tv.
Regards
IL.

Sorry to over egg the pudding! A very nice item and not likely to ever get easier to add to a collection.
Best regards

Hello Mike,
Someone has messed about with this medal, but, as long as the all important clasp is original then I don't think it really matters too much.
A very brief look at WO127/17, WO100/263 and WO100/271 tells me that number 410 George Samuel White served in D Squadron of the Protectorate Regiment from the 10th of September 1899 and was discharged on the 27th of October 1900 with the rank of Squadron Sergt Major.
He then served as A1941 in A Division of the SAC, his Defence of Mafeking and Transvaal clasps were appear to have been claimed by them, with the medal and both clasps being issued on the 22nd of June 1903 (WO100/271 gives a date of the 23rd) while his Orange Free State clasp was issued to the General Officer Commanding the Cape Colony District on the 28th of January 1904, his original attestation and discharge paper for his service in Baden Powell's Protectorate Regiment should be in WO126/105 at Kew.
Kind regards Frank
