If so, it's not a great situation to be in, may prove rather expensive! :(

I would say yes he is going after it..... Funds for him I don't think will be a problem as he owns a construction company and a landscaping company here.....

Well, I think in all honesty, to him, it will be rather beyond value, it will certainly be interesting to actually see what it sells for on the day, it does make you wonder how a particular family manage to lose medals in the first place, although, they mean very little to some and of course, they have no say in what their fathers may have done with such medals.

I would agree. It will be really interesting to see by how much the price is reduced because of that.
