I certainly don't use the MYB and have not even looked at a copy for many years now, bargains can be had here, for the most part on internet auction sites and in small provincial salerooms, but, generally speaking they are few and far between and are often the result of a given sellers lack of knowledge.
You will upset a lot of people here if you decide to bid and subsequently win, Lieutenant Violette Szabo's medals, most people, including me, hope they will ultimately end up, on public display, here, in Great Britain!

You are most kind Brett, you know, how time just seems to disappear, it only seems a matter of a few weeks ago that we were discussing Frank Rowell, not perhaps the bargain of the year, but, good and rare, I would like to see the country again one day, in particular, Knysna and pay my respects to George Rex, I wonder what is left of Melkhout Kraal these days, my childhood was certainly made somewhat richer with the stories, which I chose to believe at an early age.
