To their credit Natalie has apologised for sending my package to the wrong country and has actually refunded my courier cost.

I am satisfied that they have made good on a frustrating experience.

I think that was certainly the right thing to have done, under the circumstances, but, she did not have to do that, so a very pleasing outcome.

I picked up my package today. It was addressed to a different house nearby but made its way in the end. The contents were very nice though.

My package arrived yesterday - very pleased with the contents.

After the last auction I was quite upset as I felt that the cost charged by City Coins was too high for the courier. I was used to cheaper rates, but with what are in fact a lower tier of courier, not a DHL or Fedex.

I have since had some medals couriered by DHL from Cape Town, and they actually cost the same amount as City Coins were charging. It turns out that it is expensive from South Africa to Australia if you use a top tier courier. It is a lot more expensive than from the UK for example.

So I was wrong, City Coins is not trying to make a profit off the courier. It is actually expensive out of South Africa. I accused City Coins of making a profit, and I have apologised to Natalie as I was wrong, she was not doing anything wrong. I'm sorry I made a public post slagging them.

I'm happy to have them put on auctions and use a good courier that will actually get the package here safely.
