9 months since the last one. There should be some attractive items in it one would hope.

This long awaited auction promises to be a stonker. A certain legendary collector's battle collection is included which will make up a substantial portion of the lots on offer.

What makes this one different is that the discerning collector will be able to pick up wounded, KIA and other casualties to BOTH sides of the conflict iro most of the seminal battles and skirmishes of the war.

A unique opportunity. One pf those moments where it is worth adding to the mortgage on one's house!

Regards

Rory

Sounds good Rory. With DNW, Noble’s and City Coins on within a couple of weeks there will be carnage in some bank & credit card accounts.
I have a couple of items on my ‘wish list’ that are more likely to be filled by City Coins so I am waiting patiently for the list to appear. No eBay purchases for a while, unless QSA Mike produces a ‘must have’.

Cheers,
Jim

This year's Nobel Memorial Prize for Economics has been awarded this month to Milgrom and Wilson for their work on auction theory. Sounds like required reading for the next few weeks!

Hi, I agree with Jim re the ensuing carnage with City Coins and Nobles etc, luckily managed to dodge DNW this time round. My powder has been kept dry since March in anticipation of these two......now just patiently waiting for Friday afternoon the quiet before the storm B)
