That is what I call a fairly rare clasp combination-no wonder it made good money-t would be interesting to just how many were issued.

The Kaplan "Relief of Mafeking" roll says 126 such combinations to Cape Police; out of a total of 399 all units. Pte. F.H.A.Oakes is listed under Cape Police District 2.

I counted 420 DoK/RoM combinations in Kaplan's roll.

A source quite local to me suggests 449 RoM clasps which equates to about 8% of DoK QSAs.
