I have had another look at the eBay link given by Mike and saw that someone named 'Brett' asked about the naming of the medals. For the record, it was not me, since I had handled the medals and had no need to ask the question.

I cannot come to grips with the selling price. Even without the KCMG etc, it is fraction of the worth of the group.

This does not make sense, the items are being sold online by Kensington Bond with a closing date of 28th November.

Perhaps the ebayer has hijacked the sale?

It was a true privilege to have held this group on our visit a few weeks back. Historically regards Natal history I seriously doubt one beat it!

Why the main group has been split up is a mystery that only Kensington Bond can answer.

Amazing what people will get up to regards the Eb@y angle...modern society is seriousy sick. Hence I steer clear of that option.
