The Town Guards are well represented again, but I do fancy this one:

EVIIR Colonial Long Service Natal – very rare – 1C SGT J.A. LE POER/POWER NP – engraved
A black and white photo of him in civilian dress accompanies the lot. There is also a copy of the death notice and his last will and testament. There is a group photo of him cut out from the Nongqai as assistant superintendant. There is another page from the Nongqai that confirms his Long service medal dated November 1909. A copy of the Public Service List of 1920 Department of Prisons lists Assistant Superintendent Power J.A. LE POER. Date of appointment to Public service 18/03/90. Finished??? 18/02/18
