The only men with the Surname Dickson on my list of extant attestation papers are Andrew, David, Robert and William.The QSA rolls for the CP do not show a Dickson with the initails E.J. So therefore I would say no.

A question.....

One of the medals that I picked up at the OMRS convention last weekend was a single bar QSA to:

H. C. ROACH, CAPE POLICE

No Number, No Rank.....

Any ideas.....
