A clasp inscribed "Defence of Kimberley" will be granted to all troops in the garrison of Kimberley between October 14th, 1899 and February 15th, 1900, both dates inclusive.

By my reckoning, 3,075 of the 5,458 DoKs clasps were issued singly.

This DoK pair is a bit more expensive that I would expect to pay but perhaps the exchange rate is the problem as the seller suggests?

The DoK clasp looks very odd and I am not sure why. It looks genuine but faint though not from polishing.

Also according to the records that I have this pair sold on ebay twice before, $3028.00 US in October of 2011.....
