Siordet | Frederick John | | Lieutenant | He was killed in action at Paardeberg, February 18th, 1900. He was born in December 1871, educated at Blundell's School, Tiverton, and entered the West Riding Regiment in May 1891, being promoted Lieutenant January 1895. This officer's death is mentioned in the despatch of Field Marshal Earl Roberts from Paardeberg, February 28th, 1900.
